An intimate and nourishing women’s circle set amongst 300 acres of farmland. Open to women of all ages, life stages and cycle phases.

We'll open our circle with some nature connection, earthing and rewilding before heading in for some meditation, breathwork, natural movement and intuitive flow all to a carefully curated playlist to support our relaxation, release and movement. There will be space to share if you feel to or receive if not. A space for you to be exactly as you are with absolutely no expectations. 

There will then be some informal time to relax, drink tea and connect over food afterwards if you have the time. Bring your own snacks/lunch.

A note on little ones: 

Babes in arms (free) and teens (paid) welcome. If you have crawlers/creepers/toddlers/walkers and you want to join you are absolutely welcome to bring someone to help you look after them. They can walk on the farm and come and get you if your little ones need you at any point.
